1. This Policy covers personal data processed in connection with DIBYX websites, accounts, purchases, Programs, trading activity, KYC, payouts, security and support.
2. DIBYX may process registration/contact/account information supplied by customers.
3. KYC may include identification-document information, photographs, selfie/liveness information and necessary verification data.
4. Payment data may include transaction IDs, amounts, currency, status, processor references and limited billing information.
5. Full card/bank/crypto credentials may remain with third-party payment processors rather than DIBYX.
6. Program data includes orders, executions, positions, trading events, Program status, Rules evaluation, account metrics, payouts and violations.
7. Security data may include IP address, browser/device details, sessions, authentication events, timestamps and security logs.
8. Website analytics may include pages viewed, navigation events and device/browser properties.
9. DIBYX processes data to administer Programs, purchases, accounts, Rules, payouts, KYC, communications, fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, claims and service improvement.
10. Where appropriate, processing may rely on contract, pre-contract steps, legal obligation, legitimate interests, legal claims, security/fraud prevention or consent.
11. Automated systems may evaluate Program Rules and eligibility.
12. Where applicable law grants rights regarding solely automated decisions with material effects, customers may request appropriate review.
13. DIBYX may process information to detect fraud, identity manipulation, unauthorized access, payment abuse, technical exploitation and integrity threats.
14. Program trading activity may be analysed for corporate risk/research/trading purposes.
15. DIBYX may use third-party processors for hosting, email, KYC, payments, analytics, security, support and trading infrastructure.
16. Providers should receive only information reasonably necessary for their services and be subject to appropriate safeguards.
17. Payment providers may process data under their own privacy terms.
18. DIBYX may disclose information where lawfully required by courts, competent authorities, investigations or legal claims.
19. Personal information may be transferred during a merger, restructuring, financing, acquisition or business-asset transfer subject to applicable law.
20. International data transfers may occur where DIBYX uses providers outside the UAE and should use safeguards required by applicable UAE law.
21. DIBYX uses appropriate technical/organizational measures to protect personal information, but no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
22. Personal-data breaches will be assessed and handled according to applicable notification obligations.
23. Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service, legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute or compliance purposes.
24. Account closure does not necessarily cause immediate deletion where legitimate retention is required.
25. Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights of information/access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, marketing objection, portability and consent withdrawal.
26. Privacy requests should be sent to legal@dibyx.com; reasonable identity verification may be required.
27. Marketing communications may be opted out of; necessary operational messages may still be sent.
28. DIBYX may use cookies or similar technologies for security, authentication, preferences and core functionality; non-essential analytics/marketing technologies must follow applicable notice/consent requirements.
29. DIBYX Programs are intended only for persons aged 18 or older.
30. Third-party links are governed by the independent third party's privacy practices.
31. DIBYX intends to process personal information in accordance with applicable UAE data-protection requirements, including Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 to the extent applicable.
