- DIBYX may process registration/contact/account information supplied by customers.
- KYC may include identification-document information, photographs, selfie/liveness information and necessary verification data.
- Payment data may include transaction IDs, amounts, currency, status, processor references and limited billing information.
- Full card/bank/crypto credentials may remain with third-party payment processors rather than DIBYX.
- Program data includes orders, executions, positions, trading events, Program status, Rules evaluation, account metrics, payouts and violations.
- Security data may include IP address, browser/device details, sessions, authentication events, timestamps and security logs.
- Website analytics may include pages viewed, navigation events and device/browser properties.
- DIBYX processes data to administer Programs, purchases, accounts, Rules, payouts, KYC, communications, fraud prevention, security, legal obligations, claims and service improvement.
- Where appropriate, processing may rely on contract, pre-contract steps, legal obligation, legitimate interests, legal claims, security/fraud prevention or consent.
- Automated systems may evaluate Program Rules and eligibility.
- Where applicable law grants rights regarding solely automated decisions with material effects, customers may request appropriate review.
- DIBYX may process information to detect fraud, identity manipulation, unauthorized access, payment abuse, technical exploitation and integrity threats.
- Program trading activity may be analysed for corporate risk/research/trading purposes.
- DIBYX may use third-party processors for hosting, email, KYC, payments, analytics, security, support and trading infrastructure.
- Providers should receive only information reasonably necessary for their services and be subject to appropriate safeguards.
- Payment providers may process data under their own privacy terms.
- DIBYX may disclose information where lawfully required by courts, competent authorities, investigations or legal claims.
- Personal information may be transferred during a merger, restructuring, financing, acquisition or business-asset transfer subject to applicable law.
- International data transfers may occur where DIBYX uses providers outside the UAE and should use safeguards required by applicable UAE law.
- DIBYX uses appropriate technical/organizational measures to protect personal information, but no internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
- Personal-data breaches will be assessed and handled according to applicable notification obligations.
- Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for service, legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute or compliance purposes.
- Account closure does not necessarily cause immediate deletion where legitimate retention is required.
- Subject to applicable law, individuals may have rights of information/access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, marketing objection, portability and consent withdrawal.
