- This Policy applies to fees paid for DIBYX Programs.
- A customer may request cancellation/refund before the first qualifying trade is executed.
- The Program becomes used/commenced when the first qualifying trade is executed.
- After commencement, the Program fee is non-refundable except for a verified duplicate payment, confirmed material DIBYX technical error or mandatory legal right.
- Evaluation failure, Rule breach, trading loss or failure to qualify for payout does not create refund entitlement.
- Verified duplicate payments are refundable.
- A confirmed DIBYX technical error may result in restoration, replacement, correction or refund as appropriate.
- If payment succeeds but DIBYX cannot provision the Program within a reasonable period, a refund may be available.
- Materially incorrect Program/account-size provisioning should be corrected or refunded where correction is not reasonably possible.
- Promotional refunds are based on the actual amount paid, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
- Affiliate/referral use does not alter customer refund rights.
- A Rule-breached Program is not refundable merely because it can no longer be used.
- Fraud/identity/payment abuse may make a Program ineligible for discretionary refund, subject to mandatory law.
- Chargebacks are not an additional refund mechanism; mandatory payment-provider/legal rights remain unaffected.
- DIBYX cannot guarantee third-party bank/payment-provider posting times after an approved refund is initiated.
- Refunds should normally return through the original payment method where technically possible.
- Cryptocurrency refund handling may depend on processor/network requirements; value is based on the actual purchase transaction rather than later crypto price movements, unless law requires otherwise.
- Refund abuse may be investigated, but a legitimate request is not denied merely because a prior refund occurred.
- Refund requests should be sent to support@dibyx.com with enough information to identify the purchase.
- Mandatory consumer rights prevail where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
